Training and Development Manager
Description
Job Duties:

Analyze training needs to develop new training programs, modify and improve existing programs for the assisted living facility;

Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on changes in health environment, for example, during the Covid pandemic;

Prepare training budget for the facility;

Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs for the assisted living facility; using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on the job training, meetings and workshops.

Evaluate instructor performance, effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
Qualification:
A minimum requirement of a bachelor degree in nursing or management , and a minimum of 12 months of experience working as a training and development manager.
